Regional Convention Marijuana Cannabis Debate

Marijuana cannabis attorney Mark Nicholson was at the MWBLSA Regional Convention Cannabis debate.  It took place between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.

Consequently, people mostly use Marijuana for recreation or as a medicinal drug.  However, they may use marijuana for spiritual purposes. In comparison, in 2013, between 128 and 232, million people used marijuana (2.7% to 4.9% of the global population between the ages of 15 and 65).  Today, the number is higher.  It is the most commonly used illegal drug both in the world and in the United States.  Although it is also legal in some jurisdictions.
